Teebrew Junction operates as a Print-on-Demand store. To fulfill your orders, we partner with Qikink (our manufacturing and logistics partner).

  • Data Sharing: When you place an order, your shipping details and product choices are securely shared with Qikink to print, pack, and ship your items directly to you.

  • Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Return Policy

In alignment with our production model, please note the following:

  • Fulfillment: Since products are custom-printed via Qikink, please allow time for production before shipping.


  • Shipping 

    • Orders are processed for shipping within 2-3 days.

    • Delivery takes 5-7 days, depending on the shipping method & pin code.

    • Order Tracking: You will receive tracking details for each order once it is shipped. For India Post/Other courier providers may not update their tracking. In such cases, we only adhere to the shipping partners' final voice.

    • Applicable shipping rate will be applied depending on the shipping method & pin code.


  • Returns & Replacements:

    • We offer a replacement if the product you receive is damaged or defective or errors on our part.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Custom products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in manufacturing or fulfillment.

    • To initiate a replacement, please contact us at contact@teebrewjunction.in within 05 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.

    • Please note that as a print-on-demand business, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection once the item has been printed. We encourage you to refer to our size charts before ordering.


  • Order Cancellations: 

    • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: 

    • If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can only provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption to ensure that your data is transmitted securely.
