  • Return Policy: 
  • We offer a 05 day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in manufacturing or fulfillment.

  • Refunds: 
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 05 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Order Cancellations
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: 
  • If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can only provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.
